The Stefan Batory Foundation, the Operator of the EEA Grants in Poland are organizing a two day Participation Practitioners’ Forum. The Forum covers the most important issues relating to citizens’ involvement in public life and how to increase participation in public policy and decision making on issues that are relevant at a local and national level. The event will have an interactive and flexible format, enabling the participants to be actively involved in the sessions.
The costs will be covered (transport, board and lodging) of up to 15 Project Promoters’ representatives from EEA Grants Beneficiary Countries/Operators of the EEA Grants (max. two persons per country).
Eligible candidates for the Participation Practitioners’ Forum should have
practical experience in engaging people in participatory actions and
eagerness to share knowledge and learn through demonstrating own successes along with failures in the matters of participatory processes.
